Website and demonstrator terms

This site describes technology under development. Nothing on it is an offer, a warranty, or advice of any kind, and nothing on it should be relied on in making a clinical, operational or procurement decision.

We aim to keep the site accurate and to label clearly what is demonstrated, what is modelled and what is unproven. If you find something that overstates our position, tell us at the contact form and we will correct it.

Access is by individual invitation and is personal to you. Do not share your invitation link. We may expire or revoke an invitation at any time.

The demonstrator runs entirely on synthetic data. It is not a production system, not a medical device in its current form, and not connected to any real NHS system. It must not be used for any clinical or operational purpose.

Do not enter real patient data, real staff details or any other personal or confidential information into it. We do not want it and have no lawful basis to hold it.

Questionnaire responses are used as discovery evidence to shape development and research design. They are never presented as evidence of clinical effectiveness, NHS deployment or validation.

Consent for storage, future contact, anonymous quotation and attributed quotation is recorded separately, and any of them can be withdrawn. See the privacy notice for detail.

The content, design, software and evidence artefacts on this site belong to Orbixa Technologies Ltd unless stated otherwise. You may quote and share the public pages with attribution.

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on this site or the demonstrator. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
